Care & Setup
Because the memory foam is compressed for packaging and shipping, the pillows may initially appear smaller or flatter than expected.
Lunix recommends placing the pillows in a warm environment and allowing them to expand for at least 48 hours so the foam can recover its intended shape.
A slight odor may also occur after storage and packaging. If present, Lunix recommends leaving the pillows in a well-ventilated area for at least 48 hours.
The covers are removable and machine washable. Avoid heat or high-temperature drying, as excessive heat may damage the fabric.
The covers are not waterproof.
Lunix notes that memory foam can naturally yellow over time through oxidation and states that this does not affect the foam's comfort, quality, or performance.
