The fastest way to know if your order qualifies. If you are unsure, contact us first and we will walk through it with you before you ship anything.

HOW IT WORKS

From request to refund in 5 steps

Most returns wrap up within two weeks of the first email. We never pretend a request did not arrive, and we never bury you in forms.

    Contact us within 30 days

    Email support@reviveandlift.com or use the contact form with your order number, the item, and a short note on why you want to return it. Photos help if the item arrived damaged.

  2. 02

    We confirm eligibility and send an RA number

    We review the request the same business day and reply with a Return Authorization (RA) number plus the return address. Do not ship anything before you have an RA number.

  3. 03

    Pack securely in original packaging

    Original boxes and foam are best. If those are gone, double-box and pad anything that can shift. Write the RA number on the outside of the box, not on the product itself.

  4. 04

    Ship via your method, or use our prepaid label

    For defective or damaged-on-arrival items we email a prepaid shipping label. For change-of-mind returns you ship via your preferred carrier with tracking. Keep the receipt until the refund clears.

    Refund processed 7 to 10 business days after receipt

    Once the item lands at our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund hits the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. We email you a confirmation the moment it is issued.

RESTOCKING & EXCEPTIONS

When fees apply, and when they do not

Most residential orders return without a restocking fee. Heavy commercial freight is the main exception. Defective and damaged-on-arrival items always return free, no matter the category.

  • No restocking fee on residential orders under 500 dollars
  • No restocking fee on defective or damaged-in-transit items
  • 15 percent restocking applies on heavy commercial freight returns
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged
  • Refunds processed back to original payment method only

Returns FAQ

How do I start a return?

Email support@reviveandlift.com or use the contact form with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply the same business day with eligibility and a Return Authorization (RA) number. Do not ship the item until you have the RA number.

What is your return window?

30 days from the delivery date for unused, unassembled items in original packaging. Custom orders, opened consumables, and gift cards are final sale. Defective items can be reported any time within the manufacturer warranty window.

Who pays return shipping?

For change-of-mind returns the customer covers return shipping. For items that arrived damaged, defective, or were shipped in error we cover the return label fully. Heavy freight items are arranged through our freight partner so you do not have to find a trucker on your own.

What about damaged or defective items?

Photograph the damage on arrival, do not assemble the unit, and contact us within 48 hours. We arrange a free pickup or replacement. Because we are an authorized dealer for every brand we sell, the manufacturer warranty applies in full and the claim goes through us, not through you on your own.

Can I return commercial or custom orders?

Custom-built and made-to-order items are final sale because they are produced specifically for you. Stock commercial freight items can be returned but a 15 percent restocking fee applies and the customer covers freight both ways. Defective commercial items are always free to return or replace.

How fast do refunds process?

Refunds are issued 7 to 10 business days after the item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection. The actual time it takes for the credit to appear depends on your bank, usually another 1 to 5 business days. You get an email confirmation the moment we issue the refund.

What if I paid via Afterpay, Shop Pay, or Affirm?

Refunds always go back to the original payment method. If you paid through Afterpay, Shop Pay Installments, or Affirm we issue the refund to that provider, who then cancels remaining payments and refunds anything you have already paid. Allow up to one extra billing cycle for the installment provider to update your account.
