Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Standard parcel delivery is typically 3-7 business days once dispatched. Freight shipping on larger pieces (racks, benches, cardio equipment) is usually 5-14 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order leaves the manufacturer.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free standard shipping is included on the majority of our catalog within the contiguous United States. Oversized freight items will show any applicable shipping cost at checkout before you pay — there are no surprise fees after the fact.

Where do you ship to?

We ship throughout the contiguous United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are available on request — email support@reviveandlift.com with the product and your address for a quote.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, a tracking number is emailed to you automatically. Freight shipments include a link to schedule your delivery window directly with the carrier. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, contact us and we'll chase it for you.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Inspect every freight delivery before signing. If you see damage to the packaging or the product, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos. Email support@reviveandlift.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number — we'll coordinate a replacement or repair at no cost to you.

Do you ship internationally?

Our standard checkout ships within the United States only. For international orders, email support@reviveandlift.com with the products you're interested in and your delivery address — we can sometimes arrange international freight case by case.

Financing

What financing options do you offer?

We offer three financing options at checkout:

  • Afterpay — covers orders from $0 to $4,000, split into four interest-free installments.
  • Shop Pay Installments — covers orders from $35 to $30,000, with flexible installment plans at checkout.
  • Affirm — covers orders from $2,000 to $30,000, with monthly terms tailored to the purchase amount.

All three use a similar qualifying process. Pick the one that fits your purchase amount and preferred payment plan.

How do Afterpay, Shop Pay, and Affirm work?

Select the option you want at checkout, enter a few details, and get a real-time decision. If approved, you choose from the plans offered for your order amount, confirm, and your order is placed. The provider then bills you on the schedule you picked — no hidden fees, no surprises.

Will applying for financing affect my credit?

Pre-qualifying with Afterpay, Shop Pay, or Affirm uses a soft credit check, which does not affect your credit score. A hard inquiry only occurs if you accept a specific financing offer and complete the loan — and even then, impact is typically minor.

Do you offer commercial financing?

Commercial financing is coming soon. We're partnering with a dedicated commercial lender to support gym owners, training facilities, and B2B buyers placing large orders. If you need commercial financing on an order now, email support@reviveandlift.com and we'll help coordinate directly with our finance contacts.

Warranty

What warranty comes with my equipment?

Every product is covered by the full manufacturer warranty, which varies by brand, product line, and intended use. Coverage for each product is listed on the product page under the warranty tab, with a direct link to the manufacturer's official warranty terms.

We also offer SureBright extended warranty coverage on residential equipment — available as an add-on at checkout on any eligible product page.

How do I file a warranty claim?

Email support@reviveandlift.com with your order number, photos or video of the issue, and a short description of what's happening. We handle the claim with the manufacturer directly on your behalf — you don't need to chase them yourself.

What's the difference between residential and commercial warranty?

Residential warranties cover equipment installed in a private home used by the household. Commercial warranties cover equipment used in gyms, studios, hotels, rehab clinics, and similar settings. Commercial warranties are typically shorter because the equipment sees far heavier use. Always match the warranty class to where the product will actually live.

Does the warranty cover commercial use?

Only products rated for commercial use carry a commercial warranty — and only when used in a setting that matches the rating. Using a residential-grade product in a commercial environment voids the warranty. If you're buying for a gym, hotel, studio, or similar, filter to commercial-rated equipment or email us and we'll point you to the right options.

Returns

What's your return policy?

We offer a satisfaction guarantee. Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they're unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Start a return by emailing support@reviveandlift.com with your order number.

Are there restocking fees?

Restocking fees of up to 25% may apply depending on the product and the manufacturer's policy. These are charged by the manufacturer, not by us, and the exact fee is confirmed before you ship anything back — so you'll always know the amount in advance.

What items can't be returned?

Custom-configured, made-to-order, and clearance items are final sale. Used equipment, equipment missing original packaging, and items returned outside the 30-day window are also non-returnable. If in doubt, email us before you buy and we'll confirm returnability.

How do I start a return?

Email support@reviveandlift.com with your order number and a short note on why you're returning. We'll send return instructions, the correct return address, and (where applicable) a prepaid label. Don't ship anything back before you receive return authorization — unauthorized returns can't be processed.

White Glove Service

What is White Glove service?

White Glove is a premium delivery and installation option available on request through our delivery partner. Depending on the product and your location, it can include in-room delivery, unpacking, full assembly and installation, packaging removal, and a post-install walkthrough of your new equipment.

How much does it cost?

White Glove pricing varies by product size, complexity of assembly, and your delivery address. Email support@reviveandlift.com with the product(s) you're ordering and your ZIP code and we'll come back with a firm quote before you place the order.

Who provides the service?

White Glove is fulfilled by our vetted third-party logistics partner. Their installers are trained on fitness equipment specifically, carry the right tools, and are insured for in-home work. We coordinate the booking and stay in the loop until your install is signed off.

Is it available everywhere?

Coverage is nationwide across most of the contiguous United States, but some rural ZIP codes fall outside the delivery partner's service area. We confirm availability for your exact address as part of the quote — no surprises after you've paid.

Can residential customers use it?

Yes. White Glove is offered to both commercial and residential customers. It's particularly popular for heavy pieces like power racks, cable machines, treadmills, and massage chairs where single-handed installation isn't realistic.
