How fast your gear ships
Lead time varies by manufacturer and stock level. The ranges below are typical for in-stock orders shipping from a US warehouse.
Each product page lists the actual lead time for that item. If timing is critical, contact us before ordering and we will confirm with the manufacturer.
If your shipment arrives damaged
Freight damage is rare, but it happens. Every order ships with manufacturer freight insurance, which means damage caught at delivery is covered in full. The four steps on the right exist for one reason: to protect your claim. The single most important step is noting damage on the bill of lading before the driver leaves. Without that note, the freight carrier can deny the claim.
If anything looks off when the truck arrives, slow down, photograph everything, and contact us within 48 hours. We handle the paperwork with the carrier and the manufacturer on your behalf.

01
Inspect at delivery
Walk around the pallet before signing. Look for crushed corners, punctures, exposed metal, or shifted contents. Open the box if you can. The driver is required to wait.
-
02
Note damage on the BOL
If anything looks damaged, write it on the bill of lading before signing. A signed clean BOL waives most carrier liability, so this step is not optional.
-
03
Photograph immediately
Photo the pallet on the truck, the damaged area, the BOL, and the carrier paperwork. Wide and close-up shots. Time-stamped photos make claims approve faster.

Shipping FAQ
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship within the 50 US states only, including Hawaii and Alaska. International freight on commercial fitness equipment is complex and expensive, so we keep our service area inside the US for now. If you have a US shipping address, we can deliver.
How fast does my order ship?
In-stock items typically leave the warehouse in 3 to 7 business days and arrive within 5 to 15 business days. Made-to-order racks and commercial machines run 2 to 10 weeks depending on the build queue. Each product page lists the actual lead time for that item.
What if I am not home for delivery?
Freight carriers always call ahead to schedule a window for heavy or oversized items, so being home is rarely a surprise. If you miss the appointment, the carrier reschedules. Standard parcel orders simply leave the package at your door if you are not home.
Can I expedite shipping?
For in-stock parcel items, yes. We can quote rush ground or expedited air at checkout or on request. Heavy freight is harder to expedite because it depends on carrier route schedules, but we can usually shave a few days for an additional fee. Email us before ordering and we will confirm.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Small parcel orders to PO boxes are fine. Heavy and freight equipment cannot be delivered to a PO box, an APO/FPO address, or a UPS Store mailbox. We need a physical street address and a phone number for the freight carrier.
What if my order is damaged in transit?
Note the damage on the bill of lading before the driver leaves, photograph everything, and email support@reviveandlift.com within 48 hours with your order number. Manufacturer freight insurance covers replacement or repair. The earlier you flag it, the faster the claim resolves.
Multi-piece orders: does everything ship together?
Not always. We are an authorized dealer for many brands, and each brand ships from its own warehouse. A power rack and a treadmill on the same order may arrive on different days from different carriers. You will get tracking for each shipment.
How do I track my order?
Tracking links are emailed the moment a shipment leaves the warehouse, and they are also visible on your order status page. You can also check status any time on our Track an order page using your order number and email.
Here's what happens next.
Tracking goes out as soon as your shipment leaves the warehouse. Heavy items get a call from the carrier to schedule. White glove orders get a separate confirmation from our delivery team.
