All commercial freight includes lift-gate and inside-of-building delivery to the install zone, not a curbside drop.

Final positioning per the build sheet floor plan. Leveling, alignment, and bumper alignment for safety.

Pre-install survey
Once your order is placed, our team contacts you within 24 hours to go over details. We confirm doorway clearances, ceiling height, electrical, and final placement against your floor plan.

Freight scheduling
We coordinate directly with the manufacturer's freight team and your install team. You receive a delivery window and an install start date locked at the same time.

Delivery + unloading
Lift-gate freight or loading dock, inside-of-building delivery, staged in the install zone. Damage check happens at delivery so claims are filed before unboxing, not after.

Assembly + leveling
Each piece assembled to manufacturer torque spec, leveled, anchored, and tested. Cable systems calibrated. Cardio networked and configured. Multi-day installs run in zones to keep the rest of your facility usable.

Walkthrough + warranty
On-site walkthrough with your team. How to use, adjust, and maintain. Warranty registered in your business name. Recorded video of the walkthrough on request for staff onboarding.

Commercial install FAQ
What if there's freight damage on arrival?
Damage check happens during unload, before signing the bill of lading. If anything is damaged we file the claim immediately with the manufacturer's freight insurer (not you). The undamaged portion of the order continues install while the replacement piece is rushed.
Do you handle equipment relocation or removal?
Yes, on a quoted basis. Common scenarios: replacing existing equipment in a renovating gym, relocating equipment between two of your facilities, or removing old equipment for resale. Mention it on the RFQ form.
What about elevator-only buildings or stairs?
Common, especially in hotel and HOA installs. We need elevator dimensions and access notes during the pre-install survey. Stairs-only installs add labor cost based on flight count and equipment weight. Both are quoted in advance, never surprised at install day.
Do you do install-only (without buying equipment from you)?
Generally no. We quote install for orders we're fulfilling because that's how we coordinate freight, warranty, and accountability. Install-only quotes for outside equipment can sometimes be arranged for commercial accounts — contact us with the equipment list and we'll see what's possible.
Multi-location rollouts and franchise installs?
Yes. We can coordinate multi-location HOA portfolio rollouts and franchise gym builds. Volume pricing on install applies on multi-location commitments. Phased install across locations is sequenced to your opening calendar.
What hours do install crews work?
Standard 7am-5pm local time, Monday through Friday. After-hours and weekend installs available for hospitality and corporate clients on a quoted basis (typical premium: 25-50%). Mention timing constraints on the RFQ form.
Insurance and certificates of insurance for facility records?
Yes. Our install partners carry general liability and workers' comp coverage, with certificates of insurance available before install. If your facility requires you to be additional insured, mention it on the RFQ — we can typically arrange COI in 1-2 business days.
