If your tracking looks off

Most tracking concerns resolve themselves within 24-72 hours. Here is what to look at first before reaching out.

My tracking has not updated

Carriers typically scan once at each location handoff, not every mile. 24-72 hour gaps are normal mid-route, especially for cross-country freight. As long as the most recent scan is within the last 3 days, your order is moving.

Order shipped but no tracking yet

Tracking numbers can take 12-24 hours to populate after the carrier picks up the freight. If your shipped email landed yesterday, give it a full business day. If it has been over 48 hours, email support and we will chase the carrier directly.

Tracking shows delivered but I have nothing

Carriers occasionally pre-scan a delivery before the actual drop. Wait until end of day, then check with neighbors and your concierge. Still missing? Email support within 24 hours so we can open a carrier trace.

Delivery date keeps moving

Heavy freight reschedules when weather, weight class, or handoff constraints change. ParcelPanel updates within an hour of any carrier change. The latest ETA on your tracking page is the real one.

Tracking FAQ

Where's my tracking number?

Your tracking number is sent by email the moment the carrier picks up the order. It can take 12-24 hours to populate after pickup. If you do not see one within 48 hours of your shipped email, check spam first, then email support and we will pull it from the carrier directly.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Yes if the order has not yet shipped. Email support as soon as you can. Once the freight carrier has the package, address changes go through the carrier and may carry a re-route fee, especially on heavy freight.

What if my order is delayed?

Carrier delays from weather, weight class, or hub backups update automatically in your ParcelPanel tracking. If the ETA shifts more than 5 business days from the original estimate, email support and we will chase the carrier and update you with options.

I haven't received my order confirmation email

Check spam and promotions tabs first. Confirmation emails come from orders@reviveandlift.com. If it still has not arrived 30 minutes after checkout, email support with the email you used at checkout and we will resend it manually.

Can I track multiple orders at once?

Yes. Sign in at /account to see every order, status, and tracking link in one place. The lookup form on this page is for one order at a time, but the account dashboard shows your full history.
