We Build It. You Train On It.
Premium delivery and assembly service available on most orders. We unbox, build, level, and walk you through every piece. You skip the Saturday-with-an-Allen-key part of owning a home gym.
Everything you'd hire someone else to do
White glove service is one quote that covers the full chain from your driveway to your first set. The line items below are all part of the price, never an upsell on delivery day.
-
Scheduled delivery window
Two-person delivery team contacts you 24-48 hours before arrival to confirm a time window. No 8am-to-8pm guesswork.
-
Inside the home, room of your choice
Equipment carried in to your gym room, garage, or basement. No curbside drop, no leaving you to drag a 250 lb rack across the driveway.
-
Full unboxing and assembly
Every piece assembled to manufacturer spec on site. Power racks, benches, cable stations, treadmills. Built and tightened by people who do this every week.
-
Placement and leveling
Final position per your direction. Leveled, anchored if applicable, and squared up before the team leaves.
-
Functionality check
Every cable, weight stack, treadmill belt, and pulley tested before walkthrough. If something does not work right, we catch it before you do.
-
Walkthrough on use and care
Quick walkthrough with whoever is home. How to adjust, lubricate, and maintain. Where the warranty is registered. What to do if something fails.
-
Packaging and pallet removal
Cardboard, foam, plastic, and pallets all hauled out and disposed. Your space is workout-ready before we leave, not after a weekend of breaking down boxes.
-
Stair and elevator carries
Up to 2 flights of stairs included on most orders. Elevator buildings handled with appropriate dolly equipment and protective coverings.
When white glove makes sense
Not every order needs it. Quick honest filter so you don't pay for what you don't need.
- Heavy equipment over 200 lb (most racks, cable stations, treadmills)
- Complex multi-piece assemblies (functional rigs, selectorized machines)
- Stairs, basement gyms, or upper-floor home gyms
- You don't want to spend a Saturday with an Allen key and a manual
- Premium recovery equipment (massage chairs, infrared saunas)
- Accessories (resistance bands, foam rollers, jump ropes)
- Smaller free weights (kettlebells, single dumbbells under 50 lb)
- Apparel, supplements, accessories
- You're confident with assembly and have help available
- Single-piece equipment under ~100 lb shipped boxed
From order to first workout in 4 steps
Most home gym deliveries finish in a single afternoon. Larger setups span 2 visits. You’re always told what to expect before delivery day.

White glove FAQ
How do I add white glove to my order?
Mention it on the contact form before placing the order, or in the order notes during checkout. We'll confirm the price and add it as a separate line item on your order. You can also email support@reviveandlift.com with your equipment list and ZIP for a fast quote.
What's the typical price range?
Single-piece orders typically run $150-$400. Power rack + bench setups are $300-$600. Full home gyms with 3-5 pieces fall in the $500-$1,200 range. Specialty items like massage chairs add $200-$500. Stairs, elevators, and remote ZIPs may add cost.
What if my equipment doesn't fit through the door?
We measure clearances during the pre-delivery confirmation call so this almost never happens. If a piece does need to be partially disassembled to fit, our crew handles it on site without extra charge. Ridiculously narrow access (under 28 inches) may require an exception quote.
Can the crew anchor equipment to my floor?
Yes for most surfaces. Concrete floors are ideal — we can anchor power racks and rigs with concrete bolts. For wood subfloors, we use rubber-footed anchoring systems that don't require drilling. Full-floor anchoring on tile or stone surfaces typically isn't recommended.
What's your service area?
We service all 50 US states through our white-glove partner network. Major metro areas usually have 2-week delivery windows; rural areas may take 3-4 weeks. Hawaii and Alaska have additional considerations and pricing — mention your ZIP early in the conversation.
What if there's damage during delivery or assembly?
Our crew is fully insured. If equipment is damaged in transit or during assembly, we replace it under our service guarantee. If something is damaged in your home (rare, but possible) it's covered by the crew's liability policy.
Can I tip the crew?
Tips are appreciated but never expected. The service quote covers the full price of the work. If you'd like to recognize a particularly great team, $20-$50 per crew member is the typical range — but it's entirely your call.
