Your warranty is registered to you, the manufacturer recognizes the order, and we coordinate the repair. That part is invisible until you need it. Then it is the only thing that matters.

HOW IT WORKS

Filing a warranty claim in 5 steps

Most issues are diagnosed and resolved within a single email thread or phone call. The process below covers the longest path. We move as fast as the manufacturer responds, and we follow up on your behalf so you do not have to.

    We diagnose, often resolved on call

    A surprising number of issues are user-correctable. Loose hardware, settings, calibration, breaking-in noise. Before filing a formal claim, we walk through diagnostics together. If the issue clears here, you are back to training the same day.

    If parts or replacement is needed, we file

    If diagnostics confirm a manufacturing defect or covered failure, we open the formal claim with the manufacturer on your behalf. You do not need to call them, navigate menus, or argue authorization. We handle the paperwork and the back-and-forth.

    Manufacturer ships replacement parts or unit

    Once the claim is approved, the manufacturer typically ships replacement parts or a full unit directly. Lead times vary by brand and stock, usually 1-3 weeks. We track shipment and confirm delivery on your end.

    Install help available via white glove if needed

    If the replacement requires installation work you would rather not handle, our white glove team can swap it on site. Quoted as a separate service. Most parts swaps are owner-doable with the manufacturer instructions.

For residential buyers who want coverage that runs longer than the manufacturer term, we offer optional SureBright extended warranties at checkout on eligible products. SureBright bolts onto the factory warranty and extends parts and labor coverage for up to 5 years total, with in-home service for qualifying issues. Worth considering on cardio equipment and recovery items where moving parts and electronics shorten the manufacturer term.

Warranty FAQ

How do I file a warranty claim?

Email support@reviveandlift.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo or short video. You can also use the contact form. Most claims are opened within a few hours of message receipt. We coordinate everything with the manufacturer on your behalf.

What does the manufacturer warranty cover?

Coverage varies by brand and category. As a baseline expect lifetime frame coverage on most strength equipment, 5-10 years on cardio frames and motors, 1-3 years on parts and electronics, and 1 year on wear items (cables, belts, pads). Your specific warranty document ships with the product and is registered in your name on delivery.

What is NOT covered?

Standard exclusions across brands: commercial-use abuse on residentially-rated equipment, modifications or non-approved parts, normal wear and tear (cosmetic scratches, fabric pilling, paint fade), damage from improper assembly or use outside manufacturer specifications, and acts of nature. Commercial customers should buy commercially-rated equipment to keep coverage valid.

How long do claims take to resolve?

Diagnosable issues that turn out to be user-correctable resolve same day. Standard claims requiring replacement parts typically ship in 1-3 weeks once approved. Full unit replacements are 2-6 weeks depending on brand and stock. We follow up with the manufacturer weekly on every open claim until resolved.

Do you handle the claim or do I contact the manufacturer?

We handle it. As your authorized dealer of record we have a direct factory escalation contact at every brand. You email us once with the issue and we file, follow up, and confirm the resolution. You can contact the manufacturer directly if you prefer, but most owners save hours by letting us coordinate.

What if the manufacturer goes out of business?

Rare but real. We carry brands with decades of operating history and stable parent companies. If a manufacturer shuts down mid-warranty, original-spec replacement parts may stop being available, and the warranty terminates with the company. We monitor brand health and would communicate any risk before it affects your coverage. SureBright extended coverage is third-party backed and survives manufacturer closure.

Is the warranty transferable if I sell the equipment?

Most manufacturer warranties are non-transferable. They cover the original purchaser at the original delivery address. A few brands offer prorated transfer at the manufacturer's discretion. If you are buying used or planning to sell, contact us with the order number and we can confirm the specific brand's transfer policy in writing.
