FLEXORA Leg Press Hack Squat | Anatomy Fitness
The Anatomy Fitness FLEXORA Leg Press Hack Squat is a commercial-grade, dual-function strength machine engineered for serious lower-body training. Combining both leg press and hack squat exercises in one station, the FLEXORA targets the quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes while giving commercial facilities a versatile solution for compound leg training. A substantial 370 lb selectorized weight stack, 1:1 weight ratio, adjustable seat and handles, and an adjustable back pad allow users to configure the machine for different exercises and training positions. Underneath, a heavy-duty 2.5mm iron steel frame, nylon-coated aircraft cables rated to 2,820 lbs, and aluminum pulleys provide the robust construction required for demanding commercial strength environments.
Dual-Function Lower Body Training
Perform two foundational lower-body strength exercises from one commercial machine.
Exercise options include:
- 90-degree leg press
- Hack squat
- Quadriceps-focused training
- Hamstring development
- Glute training
- Compound lower-body strength work
The FLEXORA is specifically designed to facilitate both leg presses and hack squats, allowing facilities to deliver multiple lower-body training options without requiring separate dedicated stations.
Leg Press Training
Develop lower-body strength through a supported compound pressing movement.
Training benefits include:
- Quadriceps development
- Glute engagement
- Hamstring involvement
- Progressive lower-body resistance
- Compound strength training
- Supported exercise positioning
The leg press configuration provides users with a dedicated platform for developing strength and power throughout the lower body.
Hack Squat Training
Add another major compound leg exercise without adding another machine to the strength floor.
Primary muscles targeted include:
- Quadriceps
- Glutes
- Hamstrings
Switching the FLEXORA into its hack squat configuration provides an additional lower-body training option while retaining the stability and controlled resistance of a commercial machine. Anatomy Fitness specifically identifies the unit as targeting the entire lower-body muscle group.
370 LB Selectorized Weight Stack
Progressively increase lower-body training resistance with a substantial commercial weight stack.
Weight stack features include:
- 370 lb / 167.8 kg total weight stack
- 24 iron steel weight plates
- Selectorized resistance system
- 1:1 weight ratio
- Designed for demanding lower-body training
The 370 lb stack gives the FLEXORA considerably more available selectorized weight than a typical upper-body strength station, supporting the higher resistance requirements associated with compound leg exercises.
1:1 Resistance Ratio
Experience direct resistance through the FLEXORA's cable-driven system.
Resistance system features include:
- 1:1 weight ratio
- Selectorized resistance
- Cable-driven movement
- Aluminum pulley system
- Nylon-coated aircraft cables
- Smooth resistance delivery
Anatomy Fitness specifies a 1:1 weight ratio for the FLEXORA Leg Press / Hack Squat.
Adjustable Seat and Back Pad
Configure the machine for different exercises and users.
Adjustment features include:
- Adjustable seat
- Adjustable handles
- Back pad with flat adjustment
- Back pad with vertical adjustment
- Adaptable positioning for exercise selection
- Designed for different training needs
The adjustable seat, handles, and multi-position back pad allow users to configure their position depending on whether they are performing leg presses or hack squats.
Adjustable Training Handles
Maintain secure positioning throughout demanding lower-body exercises.
Handle features include:
- Adjustable positioning
- Designed for exercise-specific setup
- Supports stable user positioning
- Integrated into the commercial frame
The adjustable handles work alongside the seat and back-pad adjustments to help users configure the FLEXORA for their selected exercise.
High-Strength Aircraft Cables
Built to withstand the substantial loads generated during compound lower-body training.
Cable features include:
- Nylon-coated aircraft cable
- 0.25" cable diameter
- 2,820 lb / 1,300 kg strength rating
- Commercial-duty construction
- Designed for long-term operation
The high-strength cable system connects the selectorized resistance to the machine's exercise mechanism while providing the durability required for professional fitness environments.
Aluminum Pulley System
Deliver smooth cable travel throughout demanding leg workouts.
Pulley features include:
- Aluminum construction
- Black grain plastic covering
- Integrated with nylon-coated aircraft cable
- Designed for smooth operation
- Built for commercial strength applications
The aluminum pulleys work with the aircraft cable system to provide the FLEXORA's cable-driven resistance.
Heavy-Duty Commercial Frame
Train on a substantial platform engineered for heavy compound movements.
Construction features include:
- Iron steel frame
- 2.5mm / 0.09" frame thickness
- 848.34 lb assembled machine weight
- Commercial-grade construction
- Designed for maximum stability during heavy lifts
At approximately 848 lbs assembled, the FLEXORA provides a substantial platform for high-resistance leg presses and hack squats. Anatomy Fitness specifically cites stability during heavy compound lifts as a key purpose of the steel frame construction.
Commercial-Grade Upholstery
Stay supported throughout high-resistance lower-body training.
Upholstery features include:
- Artificial leather upholstery
- Padded user contact surfaces
- Integrated adjustable back pad
- Designed for commercial strength equipment
The upholstered surfaces work with the adjustable seat and back pad to provide the support required for both available exercise configurations.
Space-Efficient Dual Exercise Design
Expand your lower-body equipment lineup without dedicating floor space to separate leg press and hack squat machines.
Ideal for:
- Commercial gyms
- Fitness centers
- Athletic performance facilities
- Strength and conditioning centers
- Personal training studios
- Corporate fitness facilities
- Hotel and resort fitness centers
- Multifamily fitness facilities
By combining two major lower-body exercises into one station, the FLEXORA can help commercial facilities maximize exercise variety within their available strength-training footprint.
