Receiving & Inspecting Your Shipment:
Please inspect all packages and equipment carefully before signing the delivery receipt. If damage is visible:
- Mark the delivery receipt as “Damaged, Needs Review”.
- Take clear photos of the damage and packaging.

**Returns must be requested and approved prior to shipment back to the manufacture's facility.**
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Adhesives, tapes, and related installation products.
- Interlocking tile products.
- Custom-cut roll lengths.
Standard roll products may be eligible for return only if they meet all of the following conditions:
- The material is in its original, unopened packaging.
- The roll remains in its original standard length of 25 feet or 50 feet.
- The product is in new, resalable condition
Any roll material that has been cut from its original standard length, including custom-cut orders, is non-returnable.
Approved returns may be subject to inspection and applicable restocking fees.
Order Cancellations
- Before shipment: Orders may be canceled free of charge.
- After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once tracking is
issued, but may still be eligible for return. - Pre-orders/backorders: May be canceled any time before
shipment unless otherwise noted. - Non-cancelable after 24 hours: Made-to-order items, custom
products (colors/logos/upholstery), and non-returnable products.
30-Day Return Policy
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, products must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging. Photo/video verification may be required.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. If damage is found:

- For freight deliveries, note damage on the Bill of Lading before signing
- Report damage within 7 days
Email all details to support@reviveandlift.com. We will coordinate with the manufacturer to provide replacement parts or replacements when needed.
Refused Deliveries
If a delivery is refused for reasons other than significant visible damage, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee up to 25%. Refunds are processed once the item is returned to the warehouse (typically 2–3 weeks).
