At Revive and Lift, we aim to provide a simple and transparent return policy for all fitness equipment and recovery products. If you need help with an order cancellation, return request, or shipping issue, contact us anytime at support@reviveandlift.com.
Order Cancellations
- Before shipment: Orders may be canceled free of charge.
- After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once tracking is
issued, but may still be eligible for return. - Pre-orders/backorders: May be canceled any time before
shipment unless otherwise noted. - Non-cancelable after 24 hours: Made-to-order items, custom
products (colors/logos/upholstery), and non-returnable products.
York Barbell Return Policy
York Barbell accepts returns or exchanges for unused items in new condition within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must include the original packaging, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds or credits will be issued for the value of the returned item(s) only and will not include original shipping or handling charges.
If a product is returned without original packaging or has been opened, York Barbell may apply a 25% restocking fee. If a product is returned with missing parts or damage, a restocking fee of up to 50% may be applied. York Barbell reserves the right to inspect all returned products and may reduce the refund if items are damaged or incomplete.
If the product received does not match what was ordered, York Barbell must be notified within 7 days. Failure to report the issue within this timeframe may void this return policy.
Closeout items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. If damage is found:
- Take photos/video evidence
- For freight deliveries, note damage on the Bill of Lading before signing
- Report damage within 7 days
Email all details to support@reviveandlift.com. We will coordinate with the manufacturer to provide replacement parts or replacements when needed.
Refused Deliveries
If a delivery is refused for reasons other than significant visible damage, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee up to 25%. Refunds are processed once the item is returned to the warehouse (typically 2–3 weeks).
