TORGYN Incline Chest Fly | Anatomy Fitness

$3,949.00

The Anatomy Fitness TORGYN Incline Chest Fly is a commercial plate-loaded chest machine engineered for focused pectoralis major and minor development. Independent unilateral arms, a converging motion path, articulating handles, and an adjustable seat combine to create a chest-focused movement designed to minimize front-deltoid involvement and maintain tension through the fly. Whether used for bilateral chest flyes or single-arm iso-lateral training, the TORGYN gives lifters independent plate-loaded resistance and a natural inward movement arc. Its substantial 275.58 lb / 125 kg machine weight provides a solid platform for demanding hypertrophy and upper-body strength training.

Focused Chest Isolation

Train the pectorals with a movement designed specifically to reduce unnecessary front-deltoid involvement.

Primary training areas include:

  • Pectoralis major
  • Pectoralis minor
  • Mid-chest development
  • Chest hypertrophy
  • Horizontal upper-body strength

Anatomy Fitness designed the Incline Chest Fly to place greater emphasis on the chest rather than allowing the anterior deltoids to dominate the movement. This makes it particularly well suited for lifters seeking focused pectoral development.

Independent Unilateral Arms

Train both sides together or isolate one side at a time.

Independent-arm benefits include:

  • Separate left and right work arms
  • Bilateral chest flyes
  • Single-arm iso-lateral flyes
  • Helps address muscular imbalances
  • Reduces dominant-side compensation
  • Supports focused mind-muscle connection

Because each plate-loaded arm moves independently, users can perform conventional bilateral flyes or train one side individually. This provides additional versatility for balanced chest development.

Natural Converging Motion Path

Bring the arms together through an inward arc designed around the natural movement of the chest.

Movement benefits include:

  • Natural inward travel
  • Converging exercise path
  • Continuous chest-focused tension
  • Strong peak contraction
  • Controlled range of motion
  • Smooth plate-loaded movement

Rather than following a purely straight movement path, the handles converge inward as the user completes each repetition. Anatomy Fitness states that this path follows the anatomy of the chest and is designed to maintain tension throughout the movement, particularly at peak contraction.

Dual-Grip Articulating Handles

Allow the handles to adapt naturally as the arms move through the fly.

Handle features include:

  • Swiveling design
  • Automatic articulation
  • Accommodates different arm lengths
  • Supports individual grip preferences
  • Designed to reduce elbow stress
  • Designed to reduce wrist stress

The articulating handles automatically reposition throughout the movement instead of forcing the wrists and elbows into one rigid orientation. This helps accommodate different users while supporting more natural upper-body mechanics.

Gas-Assisted Adjustable Seat

Establish the correct exercise position quickly and efficiently.

Seat adjustment benefits include:

  • Gas-assisted adjustment
  • Accommodates different user heights
  • Helps align the shoulders with the machine pivot
  • Supports proper exercise positioning
  • Quick adjustment between users
  • Well suited for shared commercial environments

Proper seat height is particularly important on a chest fly machine because it determines the relationship between the shoulders and the work-arm pivot. Anatomy Fitness designed the adjustable seat to help users establish this alignment while directing the movement toward the chest rather than the rotator cuff.

High-Capacity Plate-Loaded Resistance

Customize resistance around individual strength levels and training goals.

Plate-loaded benefits include:

  • User-controlled resistance
  • Progressive overload capability
  • Suitable for hypertrophy training
  • Accommodates heavier training loads
  • No fixed selectorized weight stack
  • Independent loading for each work arm

Anatomy Fitness describes the plate-loading system as designed for high-capacity training, allowing users to increase resistance for demanding hypertrophy-focused workouts while maintaining smooth movement.

Train Bilaterally or Unilaterally

Use one machine for multiple chest-training strategies.

Training options include:

  • Two-arm incline chest flyes
  • Single-arm chest flyes
  • Alternating unilateral training
  • Balanced bilateral training
  • Muscular imbalance correction
  • Hypertrophy-focused chest training

Independent work arms make the TORGYN particularly useful for facilities serving bodybuilders, athletes, and strength-focused members who want more exercise flexibility than a conventional fixed-arm chest fly machine.

Designed for Peak Chest Contraction

Maintain chest tension as the handles converge at the end of each repetition.

The converging motion becomes particularly valuable near the end of the fly, where the handles travel inward toward peak contraction. Anatomy Fitness specifically identifies constant tension and peak contraction as performance benefits of the machine's converging movement path.

Built for Commercial Strength Training

The TORGYN Incline Chest Fly provides a specialized plate-loaded chest station for facilities building a comprehensive strength-training floor.

Ideal for:

  • Commercial gyms
  • Bodybuilding gyms
  • Fitness centers
  • Athletic performance facilities
  • Strength and conditioning centers
  • Personal training studios
  • Corporate fitness facilities
  • Hotel and resort gyms
  • Premium home gyms

Its independent arms, converging movement, articulating handles, and adjustable seating make it especially attractive for facilities emphasizing serious strength and hypertrophy training.
