- Smaller fitness items below 100lbs, typically ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Most standard shipments do not require a signature and are delivered directly to your address.
Freight Shipping (Curbside / Dock Delivery)
- Large, heavy, or commercial gym equipment ships via freight box truck delivery.
Freight orders are delivered to your curbside or loading dock, and the carrier will schedule a delivery appointment once your shipment is near your area.

Freight Delivery Appointment:

Receiving & Inspecting Your Shipment:
Please inspect all packages and equipment carefully before signing the delivery receipt. If damage is visible:
- Mark the delivery receipt as “Damaged, Needs Review”.
- Take clear photos of the damage and packaging.

No Assembly Required
At Revive and Lift, we aim to provide a simple and transparent return policy for all fitness equipment and recovery products. If you need help with an order cancellation, return request, or shipping issue, contact us anytime at support@reviveandlift.com.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. If you cancel before the product is shipped, you will only be charged a 3% credit card transaction fee because that is what the credit card company charges us. If you cancel after the 24 hour period, and your chair has already been shipped then you will be charged the cost of the outbound and returned shipping costs, regardless of what promotion was offered when you purchased the chair.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from delivery to try your chair. If you are not satisfied, contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
All returns must be in original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for keeping the original cartons, packing materials, and pallet. If original packaging is unavailable, replacement packaging (including pads and boxes) can be purchased for $550.
Before pickup, the chair must be properly repacked in its original packaging and securely strapped to the original pallet. Customers are responsible for all return freight charges, white glove fees, and a 25% restocking fee, regardless of any promotional offers at time of purchase.
Returned items must be shipped within 30 days of RMA issuance and be in resalable condition, including all documentation. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued accordingly.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. If damage is found:
- Take photos/video evidence
- For freight deliveries, note damage on the Bill of Lading before signing
- Report damage within 7 days
Email all details to support@reviveandlift.com. We will coordinate with the manufacturer to provide replacement parts or replacements when needed.
Refused Deliveries
If a delivery is refused for reasons other than significant visible damage, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee up to 25%. Refunds are processed once the item is returned to the warehouse (typically 2–3 weeks).
