The memory foam is compressed for packaging and shipping, so the pillows may initially appear flatter or smaller than expected.
Lunix recommends placing the pillows in a warm environment and allowing them to expand for at least 48 hours to recover their intended shape.
A slight odor can occur after packaging or extended storage. If present, allow the pillows to air out in a well-ventilated area for at least 48 hours.
The covers are removable and machine washable. Avoid heat or high-temperature drying because excessive heat may damage the fabric.
The pillow covers are not waterproof.
Memory foam may naturally develop a yellow tint over time through oxidation. Lunix states that this does not affect the foam's comfort, quality, or performance.
