FLEXORA Hip Abductor Adductor | Anatomy Fitness
The Anatomy Fitness FLEXORA Hip Abductor Adductor is a dual-function selectorized strength machine engineered to target both the inner and outer thigh muscles from one commercial training station. Designed for hip abduction and hip adduction exercises, the FLEXORA provides controlled isolation of the hip abductors and adductors while allowing users to transition between movements using rotatable knee pads and an integrated adjustment lever. A 235 lb selectorized weight stack, 1:1 resistance ratio, heavy-duty steel frame, high-strength nylon-coated aircraft cables, and aluminum pulleys provide the performance required for frequent commercial use. By combining two complementary hip exercises in one machine, the FLEXORA is an efficient lower-body training solution for commercial gyms, athletic facilities, training studios, and other professional fitness environments.
