All warranty claims are reviewed and approved by Bearfoot on a case-by-case basis.

In-Stock Products
Bearfoot aims to fulfill in-stock orders within 2 business days (Monday–Friday).
The delivery timeframe displayed for the selected shipping service begins after order processing and does not include the initial fulfillment period.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your delivery.
Backordered Products
Products displaying an extended lead time are considered backordered and are fulfilled in the order received as inventory becomes available.
Bearfoot currently estimates approximately 4–13 weeks for backordered products. Production or logistical delays may occasionally extend this timeframe.
If an item cannot be fulfilled, the affected order or item will be canceled and fully refunded.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for applicable:

- Other destination-country fees

Restocking Fee
Returned products may be subject to a 15% processing and restocking fee based on Bearfoot's review of the return.
Return Shipping
For qualifying domestic returns within the applicable return period, Bearfoot provides a complimentary prepaid return shipping label.
Original/outgoing shipping charges remain the customer's responsibility and are not covered as part of the return.
International customers are responsible for shipping costs in both directions for returns and exchanges unless otherwise determined for a qualifying manufacturing defect.
