  • Most in-stock (non-custom) orders ship within 2–5 business days.
  • Custom orders and supplier lead times may extend delivery schedules.

  • Delivery times are estimates only—factors such as weather, supply chain delays, or carrier logistics may affect actual delivery.

Service Center Deliveries (Oversized or Heavy Products)

  • Large or heavy items may be delivered through a third-party service center (LTL).
  • You may need to coordinate delivery directly with the service center. We will provide all details if coordination is necessary.
  • Revive and Lift is not liable for delays or costs caused by failure to schedule delivery.
  • While we share updates from service centers, we cannot guarantee their performance or timelines.

Refused Deliveries

  • If you refuse delivery for any reason other than visible shipping damage noted at delivery, you are responsible for any:
    • Return shipping costs
    • Restocking fees, up to (but not limited to) 25%.
    • Other return-related expenses charged by suppliers

Damages During Shipping

  • Inspect all items at the time of delivery.
  • Report any damages or missing items within 24 hours to support@reviveandlift.com or 717-423-9514.
  • Failure to report within this timeframe may void your eligibility for claims or replacements.

Product Ownership & Liability

Once delivery is complete, ownership and responsibility transfer to you. Revive and Lift is not responsible for:

  • Improper Installation – Always hire licensed professionals; incorrect installation may void warranties.
  • Damage After Delivery – Any damage occurring after delivery, including during installation.
  • Loss or Misuse – Issues caused by neglect, improper use, or failure to follow product guidelines.
