Freight orders are delivered to your curbside or loading dock, and the carrier will schedule a delivery appointment once your shipment is near your area.

Freight Delivery Appointment:

Order Cancellations
- Before shipment: Orders may be canceled free of charge.
- After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once tracking is issued, but may still be eligible for return.
- Pre-orders/backorders: May be canceled any time before shipment unless otherwise noted.
- Non-cancelable after 24 hours: Made-to-order items, custom products (colors/logos/upholstery), and non-returnable products.
30-Day Return Policy
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify, products must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging. Photo/video verification may be required.

- Restocking fees up to 25% may apply

Damaged or Defective Items

- Report damage within 7 days

Refused Deliveries
If a delivery is refused for reasons other than significant visible damage, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee up to 25%. Refunds are processed once the item is returned to the warehouse (typically 2–3 weeks).
