Revive and Lift does not perform installation services directly. Instead, we act as a coordination point—connecting customers with experienced third-party professionals to help ensure a smooth and organized setup experience.

Revive and Lift is networked with independent installation providers and contractors across the United States. These providers specialize in fitness equipment delivery and assembly and are responsible for performing all on-site services.

Option 1: White Glove Delivery & Assembly

Revive and Lift coordinates delivery and assembly services performed by an independent installation provider.

Process Overview:

Shipping
Your order ships to the nearest freight terminal based on your delivery address. Tracking information is provided once the order ships.

Scheduling
Once the shipment arrives at the terminal, Revive and Lift notifies the installation provider. The provider then contacts you directly to schedule delivery and assembly, typically within one week of terminal arrival depending on scheduling.

Delivery & Assembly
On the scheduled date, the installation provider retrieves the equipment, delivers it to your location, and assembles it in the area of your choice.

Important Notes:

  • Estimated delivery dates reflect arrival at the freight terminal, not final delivery
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring site readiness prior to installation
  • Please notify Revive and Lift in advance of any known delays or site constraints
  • Typical timelines range from 3–4 weeks from order date, depending on shipping and regional availability

 

Option 2: In-Home Assembly Only

Customers who prefer to manage delivery independently may select assembly-only coordination.

Shipping
Products ship directly to you via freight or ground service as specified on the product page. Tracking information is shared with both the customer and installation provider.

Freight Shipments
Delivered curbside with lift-gate service. The freight carrier schedules delivery with the customer. Moving equipment indoors and to the installation location is the customer’s responsibility.

Assembly Scheduling
Once delivery is confirmed, the installation provider contacts you to schedule assembly, typically within one week.
